These services are not included but can be ordered separately as per your requirements:
🚫 Elevation Design & 3D Visualization – 3D elevation views and front & side elevation drawings are not part of this order.
🚫 Structural & Construction Drawings – Detailed column-beam layouts, reinforcement drawings, and other structural specifications are excluded.
🚫 Electrical & Plumbing Drawings – Wiring diagrams, switch placements, and plumbing layouts are not included.
🚫 Cost Estimation & Material Specifications – BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material selection details are not provided.
🚫 3D Floor Plans – Only 2D plans are included; 3D representations must be ordered separately.
🚫 CAD Files for Revisions – AutoCAD or CAD files for local engineering use are not included but can be ordered additionally.

✔ Customized Layout Based on Your Needs – The house design is created considering:
- Plot size, road direction, and setback requirements
- Vastu compliance (if required)
- Your style preferences, space requirements, and budget
✔ Flexible Space Planning –
- Modify or add rooms within the specified bedroom limit as per your order.
- Provide zoning guidelines or setback rules, or let us design as per NBC standards.
✔ Functional & Well-Defined Spaces – Your house plan may include:
- Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living & Dining Areas
- Laundry Room, Study/Work Nook, Attic, Dressing Room, Closets, and Storage Spaces
- Balconies, Porches, Car Parking/Garage, Decks, Sit-Outs, Lawns, and Gardens
- Maid’s Room or Home Office Space, if required in addition to bedrooms
✔ Internal & External Staircases –
- Internal staircases for duplex or two-floor house designs
- External staircases for independent access to upper floors, rental portions, or terraces
✔ Optimal Room Sizes & Ergonomic Standards –
- All rooms follow ergonomic standards to ensure the best living experience.
- Proper natural ventilation and lighting are integral to the design and cannot be compromised.
✔ House Plan with Room Names & Dimensions –
- Includes room labels, dimensions, and a basic furniture layout for clarity on circulation and usability.
- Standard door and window sizes are applied, but exact opening dimensions are not labeled.
✔ Pre-Checked for Structural Feasibility –
- Plans are reviewed for civil and construction suitability, making them ready for execution.
- Additional technical drawings may be required for construction and can be ordered separately.
✔ Draft & Final Approval Process –
- A draft floor plan is shared first for review and input.
- The final version is sent after incorporating your feedback.
✔ Additional Changes & Communication –
- Two minor modifications are included; additional changes require a separate order.
- Communication is via electronic text messaging only.
- Virtual design discussions can be scheduled through online appointments.
✔ Submission & Documentation –
- You can provide plot dimensions via sketches, site photos, Google Maps locations, or existing drawings.
🚫 No CAD Files Provided – If you require AutoCAD or CAD files, they must be ordered separately.
🚫 No Hard Copies or Prints – We believe in reducing paper waste and providing only digital copies.
🚫 One House Design Per Order – For alternative designs, a new order must be placed after the first one is completed.
