❌ Cost Estimation & Material Breakdown – A detailed cost analysis for construction materials is not provided.
❌ 3D Floor Plans – This package includes only 2D floor plans; 3D views are available separately.
❌ CAD File for Future Revisions – Soft copies in CAD/AutoCAD format are not included; these can be purchased separately.
What You Can Expect from Us:

✅ Zoning & Open Space Considerations – If you provide zoning guidelines, we will incorporate them. Otherwise, we design as per National Building Code (NBC) standards.
✅ Multi-Functional Spaces – The house design may include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living & dining areas, study nooks, laundry room, balconies, porches, sit-outs, decks, garages, or car parking, as per the plan.
✅ Internal & External Staircases – Plans for staircases in duplex homes, rental portions, or terrace access will be included if required.
✅ Ergonomically Optimized Room Sizes – Designed for best quality of life and space utilization.
✅ Proper Ventilation & Natural Lighting – Ensured in the design for comfort and energy efficiency.
✅ Single-Family Home Layout – Guest rooms, rental portions, or secondary family suites are NOT included in this plan.
✅ Detailed Floor Plan with Room Dimensions – Includes room names, dimensions, basic furniture layout, and circulation flow.
✅ Standardized Doors & Windows – Door and window sizes are designed per industry standards, but exact opening dimensions will not be marked on drawings.
✅ Pre-Checked Structural & Civil Design – The plan is construction-ready, though additional drawings may be needed for execution.
✅ Draft & Final Version Process –
- A draft plan is shared first.
- You provide feedback and request changes.
- After approval, the final floor plan is sent.
✅ Minor Revisions – Small modifications can be ordered separately if beyond the free changes included in your order.
✅ Virtual Communication Only – All design discussions happen via text messaging.
✅ Online Appointment Booking – Schedule calls or virtual meetings with our design team as needed.
✅ Input Submission – Share your plot dimensions, sketches, site photos, Google Maps location, or existing drawings for accurate customization.
✅ Eco-Friendly Digital Delivery – No hard copies or printouts will be provided, saving trees and reducing waste.
✅ One House Plan Per Order – If you require additional designs, you can place a new order after the first one is completed.
