🚫 Structural & Construction Drawings – Detailed reinforcement, column-beam layouts, and load calculations are not part of this order.
🚫 Electrical & Plumbing Drawings – Wiring layouts, switch placements, and plumbing schematics are excluded.
🚫 Cost Estimation & Material Specifications – BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and construction cost breakdown are not provided.
🚫 3D Floor Plans – Only 2D plans are included; 3D visualizations need to be ordered separately.
🚫 CAD Files – Soft copies of CAD/AutoCAD drawings for future revisions or use by local engineers are not included but can be ordered separately.

- Modify or add spaces within the given bedroom limit as per your order.
- Specify zoning guidelines or setback rules (or let us design as per NBC standards).
✔ Comprehensive Space Planning – Your house plan may include:
- Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living & Dining areas
- Laundry Room, Study/Work Nook, Dressing Room, Closets, and Storage Spaces
- Balconies, Porches, Car Parking/Garage, Decks, Sit-Outs, Lawns, and Gardens
✔ Internal & External Staircases –
- Internal staircases for duplex or two-floor house designs
- External staircases for independent access to upper floors, rental portions, or terraces
✔ Optimized Room Sizes & Ergonomics –
- Every room is designed to ergonomic standards for maximum comfort.
- Proper ventilation and natural light optimization are ensured—this is a non-negotiable design feature.
✔ House Plan with Room Labels & Dimensions –
- Includes room names, dimensions, and basic furniture layout for circulation clarity.
- Standard door and window sizes are applied, but exact opening dimensions are not labeled.
✔ Construction-Ready Plans –
- Plans are pre-checked for structural feasibility and can be used for actual construction.
- Additional technical drawings may be required, which can be ordered separately.
✔ Draft & Final Plan Approval Process –
- First, you receive a draft floor plan for review.
- After your input, final drawings are shared.
✔ Additional Changes & Communication –
- Two minor modifications are included. Additional changes require a separate order.
- All communication is conducted via electronic text messaging.
- Online appointment booking is available for design discussions.
✔ Submission Requirements –
- You can provide plot dimensions via sketches, site photos, Google Maps locations, or existing drawings.
🚫 No CAD Files Provided – If you require AutoCAD or CAD files, they must be ordered separately.
🚫 No Hard Copies or Prints – We believe in saving trees & reducing paper waste. Only digital copies will be provided.
🚫 One House Design Per Order – If you need an alternate design, a separate order is required.
